Randy is an excellent salesperson and bike repair guy. Have used him twice and he never disappoints. Great on tune-ups and wheel repairs. Local shop that cares about its customers. He also can come to you and pick up your bike and return. Has convenient Torrington location also.
The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quick and thorough service and highly recommended.
