What a phenomenal weekend getaway! I stayed at Mountain View Green Retreat the night before my wedding, got ready there for my wedding, and took photos with my family there. We stayed in Jenny's room the night of our wedding and it was so romantic feeling. The beds were so plush and comfortable. Wendy and her daughter were incredibly accommodating to my gluten free needs. The grounds were spectacular and so relaxing to bird watch and sit in peace and quiet. We definitely will be back soon!
Beautiful room and great hosts!! It felt like home away from home. The homemade breakfast was delicious. Will definitely come back if we are in the area.
We loved our stay here! We drank champagne by the fireplace while playing games and listening to old records. We stayed in Mrs. Mead's room. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the room has some of her presence to this day. The shadow of someone standing in the doorway in the middle of the night was spooky and the touch light went on by itself in the middle of the night. We asked for the best way to get back to RI and were directed to NJ. They weren't really sure where RI was. No meat offering with breakfast. Overall a true Victorian Inn in a beautiful country setting.

Phenomenal all around! Absolutely gorgeous rooms, the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel or inn, and a super friendly staff! The serene and tranquil atmosphere is so invigorating, we will definitely be coming back!!
