Luis and his team did an excellent job. They even worked through a electrical outage in the area, which meant all their tools had to be battery-powered. I was very impressed!
Luis and his crew were excellent. Our flat roof and skylight on our 200 year old house needed to be replaced in April of this year. Luis and his crew were always on time and always had on their PPE on when working on our property. They wore the PPE even on the extremely hot days we had in spring. Price was fair and the work was done professionally. They left everyday with tools, materials and work space cleaned up like they were never here. Will be hiring LT Home Improvement next spring for another project on our house.
Project completed as planned and quoted. Workers clean up after completed and when we needed adjustments LT performed quickly.
Luis and his crew did an exceptional job. He explained in great detail every aspect of the work being done so that when the bill came, there were no surprises. Very professional and thorough.
Luis and his team are very professional, they do great work and are very attentive to details. Luis has done two roofing jobs for me so far and his workmanship has exceeded our expectations. His prices are fair and he always completes the work as promised and on time. In a world where most contractors either charge you an arm and a leg and/or are dishonest, Luis is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.
