It really speaks to the quality, and work ethic of a company when you have a sales rep come out, actually get up on the roof to inspect it (it’s a steep pitch, and pretty high up) then educates you on the products, and installation procedure instead of giving you a rehearsed sales pitch. That’s what Nick did. Answered all questions, and returned all calls leading up to my installation. On the day of installation the project manager (who I don’t remember his name) prepped me on everything going on, and answered all questions for me. The job was done in a timely fashion to perfection. The clean up was immaculate as well. I had an issue with my vent fan, and Nick came out himself, and climbed into my attic to make sure it was working properly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my project. I highly recommend A1 for your roofing project. You will not be disappointed.
Korrin the office manager truly was part of the extremely positive experience. She was very helpful and not pushy with anything but was super informative and helpful as well as the owner himself. They were very solutions oriented and very detailed with reports and pictures. If I need anything done as long as they’re able I will be calling them again. I highly recommend anyone in the area to give them a ring!
A1 has done much home improvement for me that included two new bathrooms (stripped to the studs), new furnace installation, and replacing and rerouting old plumbing with new materials.They have also removed many very large trees. All these services concluded with a great cleanup. This company is by far the best I have encountered with hard working people.
I have no complaints about my experience using A1 to have my roof replaced after recent storm damage. Jonathan and Korrin were in contact with me through every step of the process, including being present during the adjuster's inspection. The entire roof replacement went surprisingly fast. The crew did a phenomenal job and also ensured that there was no leftover waste or debris in my yard and driveway. I highly recommend A1 to anyone needing home repairs.
A1 Home Improvement did an excellent job replacing my old garage roof. They were polite and cleaned up completely after finishing. They did it all for a fair price. I would recommend them to a friend.
