The best practice ever! The kindest and most professional staff! I can call anytime with questions and they are always helpful, My dog is a mastiff and he loves all the girls and they all are him. We are blessed to have these people caring for Anchor!
We used to utilize all facets of this facility.Four years ago I would have given Roaring Brook 10 stars. Place has gone downhill. Will never utilize their services again. I encourage pet owners to do careful research. Whole place has fallen apart.
We've been going to RBV for close to 20 years. Absolutely terrific facility. They do everything right. Even now with covid-19, they run the new processes perfectly.
Abbie's annual check up went well. Dr. Nasser was thorough with her recommendations on our weight management mission and made sure all our questions were answered. Over the years, we have never been disappointed with the care we receive at RBVH. Although we miss the personal touch with Covid19 restrictions, we know our pets are in good hands. The entire staff is extremely competent.
We have brought our dogs to roaring brook for a few years now..friendly staff..very compassionate..love them!!
