We had an excellent experience from shopping through purchase at Bloomfield Bicycle this fall. Kevin was so helpful along the way after we went by to test ride e-bikes for the first time. We bought a Maui e-bike with a Swagman 2-bike folding rack for our SUV. We knew very little about e-bikes before we visited them to shop, learn about batteries, maintenance, etc. Their customer service was essential in the investment. They were there to ensure we kept moving ahead before biking season in CT wraps up. Our first ride was a blast on the rail trails. We highly recommend you work with them for anything bike!
Quick courteous service. My girlfriend had a bent front wheel after a spill on her bike. Called in and managed to snag an open spot in the morning. Drove in got it looked at and had it worked on same day. Spent longer driving back and forth than the replacement took to put on. Fantastic service would buy again.
I thought I had a useless very expensive ebike. It was about 9 years old and the battery needed to be replaced. I looked online but had no luck. After talking to Kevin for a few minutes explaining what I was experiencing. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could rebuild my battery. My original battery had 9 ah Kevin gave me 2 choices 10 ah and a 14 ah . I went with the 14 ah . I love my bike again . I've been on it everyday . I run my dogs with my bike . They are very happy to :) Kevin was super friendly and helpful and it only took about 4 days

I'm having a problem with my electric bike and I called over a week ago. The woman who answered the phone explained due to Covid19 they are doing appointments only and I'll get a call back at some point to schedule a drop off. This is a strange way to do business. How do you know if your even on the books for a call back.nWhen I purchased the new bike several years ago the service was much better.
