CVS

Giving the store 1 star as I have had multiple issues with the pharmacy here and will not be going back to this CVS ever. There is another a couple miles away I have had much better luck with.

I would give this store a zero if I could. We are new to town and this is the worst CVS I have visited in a while. Every single staff member in the pharmacy that my family and I have interacted with have a chip on their shoulder and the worst attitude. Considering driving 8 miles just so I can get better customer service.

There moneygram machine does not work and has not worked since early Spring. Poorly managed store front.

The pharmacy staff S.U.C.K.S.....I wish I could give negative stars...Very unprofessional

The cvs pharmacy department is the worst onenI've ever been to And I have been to a lot of them. I have been a faithful CVS customer for 28 years. I get a lot of prescription so I deal with them on a monthly basis or sometimes a little more. The pharmacy staff is horrible they should never be in customer service work. They never have a smile on their face. Every time I go there I have to tell them I have To insurance company so one covers the copay. Yet every time almost they charge me a co-pay and I have to remind them. One time I even had to pay $25 co-pay for medication I never have to pay co-pay He told me to just pay the co-pay and when I confirm with the insurance company they would return it to me I was in a rush and I had no time for their incompetent again They told me a medication that I have been getting for years that rejected by the insurance company. Then when I call then insurance company to in question them about it because I have a verification from my doctor that it's necessary. told me. we know that that was never submittednSo I went to have them submitted again or refund me the money and they told me it was too late they couldn't do it now there was 2 days as I am very busy person I don't have time to stab at CVS every day. I never write reviews but I felt it very necessary to warn people who are getting medication for reasons pain or medication just are necessary if you run out of that medication they will not give you even enough to tide you over if they make a mistake. After 28 years and going to that CVS because I have been going for so long For 3 years. CVS no longer has my business at Oh I have transfer my prescriptions over to the Rite Aid across the street they are very Pleasant to deal with Will go out of their way to help you by getting in touch for doctors when CVS will tell you to have the doctor called then they take no initiated to make anything easier for you. I have nothing against any other CVS with this one is awful. Warning do not go there if you want A pharmacy that's competent even the pharmacist was awful
