REI

Stopped in for a quick look around while visiting University of Montana and had a nice short chat with one of the associates who attended the school, nice to be able to make personal connection when shopping. Seems very service oriented. Found myself a new clearance hat which is always nice. Store was clean staff was attentive.

Good helpful staff, sunday at 3:30pm had to wait about 15 minutes to get in due to reduced occupancy. Nice not having very many people in the store while inside

This REI is always great. Good selection of items, and always super helpful staff.

While traveling it was in the area,picked up a few items. Nice to shop in store instead of online.

I have bought all my shoes at REI for years and years. My feet are notoriously hard to fit. I got a pair of shoes at REI after standing in line in the blazing heat and I told the guy that he felt a little long and the guy said oh no that's the way they're supposed to fit. When I got home and walked around in them they were more like swim fins as the toes were too long. So I had to go back to REI in the blazing heat wait in line to get my money back. I am so done with that store. I would have gave them zeroszero for my experience but the clerk that returned the shoes was really nice.
