We are very pleased with the whole experience of working with Rhino-Back Roofing. And we are not easy people to please. The initial meeting with Ed was quick, efficient, and informative. Communication with the company to schedule the job was timely and thorough. The Production Manager, Tim, met me early on the morning that the job was starting and walked me through their process so I knew exactly what to expect. I stopped by at lunch and spoke with the Project Manager (sorry, I didn't retain his name); he was knowledgeable and friendly, all the while keeping an eye on the individuals way up on the roof doing the hard work. And those people were moving; this was a complete strip of a one hundred year old roof down to the furring strips, new plywood deck, and new roof installation including chimney flashing, etc. At the end of day two the roof was complete, and a crew came by the following morning to complete a detail cleaning around the house. I haven't found a single nail.nnRhino-Back Roofing delivered exactly what they promised, and they were on-time, the quality appears good, with no hassle what-so-ever. Dependability is hard to find these days but Rhino-Back Roofing is at dependable as they come. In torrential downpours yesterday with a high wind advisory, water started leaking into my house. I called Rhino-Back Roofing and within 30 minutes they sent Roger to help. Not only was it extremely windy and downpouring but the section needing repair was on a very steep pitch. Roger went right up assessed the problem, found what needed to be repaired and patched it up in the middle of the storm. Good luck finding that type of service anywhere else, Rhino-Back is as good as it gets.

Very professional presentation of what materials are used and what they do. Gave a very thorough detailed quote. Promised they would get it done in one day and they did. We had a tropical storm the week after and no problems at all.
