I am a new rider; Never learnt to ride so I decided that I wanted an adult tricycle to help me with balance. Walter asked John to spend some time with me and he taught me how to ride. I love my tricycle. I am now going back for my 30 day check-up just to make sure I am handling it properly since I am still learning. I strongly recommend this bike shop. They have helped to me to enjoy riding a bike. (it's an electric too)

I love the high level of service and authentic experience you get at a bike store who cares far beyond the competition about each individual. This bike store is for every single type of rider from beginner to professional and strives to accommodate every rider where they are and facilitate where they are looking to go. I personally brought a highly problematic bike into the store and am astonished with this stores timely service and high level of concern for the safety enjoyment of the cyclist. If you are someone with a lot or a little. This bike store will meet you where you are and make you feel like you are a valued member of the biking community.

Just bought a new bike from The Bicycle Cellar. I have not had a bike in over 30 years. They have a great selection of bikes whatever your level of desired fun or competition. The service, staff and selection was great. They custom fit my bike all in one day. Thank you to John for your advice and great service. I will definitely recommend you guys to my family and friends.
