Desk clerk at check in was very polite and helpful. Location was perfect to gas stations, stores and restaurants. Room was spacious with a great view. But, the fridge was definitely not cleaned and the tub/shower was not cleaned very well. No noise or issues at all during my stay. Overall, a great place to stay.
Room was okay though it smelled of smoke from years past. The tub faucet wouldn't stop dripping. Stayed two nights, and when I said I wanted to stay a few more nights the man at the front desk said rates went up. Couldn't offer an honest explanation. I told him I was happy to spend my money elsewhere. I would never stay here again.
It was comfortable, they make it quite clear that this is not a smoking hotel.We didn't have much interaction with the staff do to the reasons we were in Connecticut. Our room was taking care of always no issues it's a solid hotel. Due to the pandemic there wasn't any breakfast but judging by the equipment they had in the breakfast room I'm 100% sure that it would be solid.
It was quiet and clean! We had a great night of sleep!
The best place. Very clean too.
