I just had my wedding here last night. The staff was excellent, very helpful and kind. Also the food was delicious. I had a great time and all the guests had a blast.nnManager Fernando and Brendan were great, they were attentive to details and made my wedding special.
GREAT CUSTOMER AND ROOM SERVICE! Pool is also VERY clean and well kept! 0 complaints from me and my friends! Will definitely go again and recommend! Price wasn't too bad for the amenities. We had a king size bed with a pull out couch with a comfortable bed inside.
Desiree (receptionist) was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay
While the lobby and common areas received a recent face-lift, my guest room was severely outdated. I used the mobile check in feature to include getting a digital key.... but bypassing the front desk turned out to be a mistake. Got to my room to find no toiletries of any kind... not even soap. Apparently they are being offered at check in now due to COVID. Perhaps a notice in the guest room that this is the current policy? It was frustrating to use what is supposed to be a safe, efficient, contactless check in with their own app to only have to make contact for essentials.
Good accommodations and friendly service from an old place with up to amenities.
