Exceptional service all around. An unfortunate situation put be in the market for a new bike very suddenly, so I called ahead and spoke to a young gentleman over the phone who knew an immense amount about the bikes and inventory, and helped to lay out what my options would be in this interesting time where inventory is very minimal.nnArrived at the store and was quickly greeted outside, and not long after was leaving with a new bike that was exactly what I was looking for. I will only be using THIS dealer for service, and future purchases. Thank you so much guys :)
Been going there for 3 years now. They are definitely not a salesman. Very passionate about cycling and knows about all types of bicycles in and out. You will not get a sale pitch; but you will get honest answer to make the decision on what you would want. And lastly, they have a great service department that will keep your bike in top shape without breaking the bank.
Great shop with friendly, knowledgable staff and reasonable prices. Got my bike fixed in a timely fashion even at a busy time of year. Thanks guys!
Will try to pressure you into getting service done that is unnecessary. Will be rude and pushy if you don't get said service done.nAny store that asks for your credit card without telling you a price or letting you see what you've been charged is shady.nDon't trust the good reviews.
