Called Scott at 330pm after finding a wet spot on my ceiling. Seeing that it was late in the day, I did not ask or expect same day service. Scott told me he would be over later in the evening to check the house out. Scott came over at 630pm and fixed my roof issue for me. Went totally above and beyond. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great service, respectful and very professional!
Scott and his team did an awesome job. They sent me pics of progress and issues they fixed. Nothing left behind. They take the clean up seriously. Highly recommended! I had a recent quote from another company and Scott was much more affordable.
Quote was quick and competitive. Once the job was scheduled the delivery of material and dumpster was neat, timely and convenient. The crew showed early the day scheduled and began the days hard work by laying tarps to protect landscaping, deck and outdoor equipment. They were polite, efficient, hard working and extremely neat. They had guys picking up debris all day long. Sometime during the day a window screen was damaged as can easily happen with a demolition of this magnitude. When brought to the owners attention he immediately took the screen for repair. He insisted on repairing the adjacent screen (undamaged) to insure the two screens matched. I’m very happy with the final product. I would recommend Impressive Homes LLC to my friends without hesitations.
