Cold shower took forever to warm up. Cold heater kept turning on and off. Bottle of small water in room for 8$ !! Dark brown walls , looked like a 1980 motel. No breakfast, no coffee , no microwave no fridge. !!!.
Great people, accommodation and food.
It would be good to be connected to the hotel and not the nationwide answering. I only needed directions. Asked for my name, location, date.
They were kind enough to host our wedding hotel block and help us with our wedding.nnIt was cool seeing a TV with a slide show of our pictures as we walked in.nnGreat vibe, nice and set back from the highway but close by enough to hop right on.
Terrible experience, we checked in at 530 pm and they told us our rooms were not ready yet. The desk clerk said they would call me when the room was available. I stated that we wanted to use the pool, and he stated no problem, it was open until 10. We went to get dinner , came back 2 hrs later even though we never received a call stating the room was ready. We were able to get the rooms, but then were told we couldn't use the pool, that you had to sign up to use it, and there were no more open spots. Like, why didn't the first guy tell us that? I wouldn't have wasted 2 hrs waiting, I would have gone elsewhere. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but what little they offered, they wanted exorbitant prices for. Very disappointed, did not expect that kind of treatment from a Sheraton.
