I had a pine tree fall on my house and come through the roof they came and finished repairing and replacing the whole roof in a day, cleaned up everything wonderful job. Rick is wonderful to work with and when he makes an appointment with you he's always on time which is great he explains everything to you in detail and helps you all the way through the process even helping pick the color. My project was an insurance claim and Rick as my contractor did a fantastic job with communications with my insurance company, as a result it went very smooth I do recommend Suburban Windows & Roofing with 5 stars.

I hired Suburban 30 years ago to do my roof, windows, siding and doors and they did a fantastic job that still looks good. I then hired them again 5 years ago to do my siding and windows in the house I currently live in. I recently called about a problem I was having on a gutter and Rick responded quickly and came out a couple of days later to take a look. He climbed up a ladder and saw my gutters were clogged and cleaned them out for me. It was my gutter cleaner who said it that the gutters were damaged but instead he did not clean them properly. I now need a roof on my rental that he did 30 years ago and of course I do not need to look elsewhere. I have worked in customer service all my life and at 78 years old it is a pleasure to see that good customer service still exists. Thanks Rick, Marylou
