Have been coming to this particular Holiday Inn Express for quite some time and highly recommend it! The manager, Anisul, and his colleague Daneseya are very warm and pleasant to chat with. Felt right at home here. Service is exceptional, everything we ask for gets done in a timely manner. And rooms are always kept very clean. A++
What a positive surprise. I expected it to be clean and comfortable and they performed that function. BUT while many other hotels have canceled the breakfast this express had a back table FULL of fruit, cereal, bagels, and juice all packaged and available for travel. FANTASTIC service. I still travel for business even through Covid and this location rocks!!

Comfortable bed but small room and high price.
Absolutely terrible customer service! I tried to book a room online. The website crashed and i ended up booking for the wrong day. I never got a chance to stay at this particular location. But even minutes after i booked, they repeatedly told me no refunds. They weren’t willing to make any exceptions at all! The employee working the front desk was rude our entire interaction. I tried to go through customer service and they were no help either. If i could give this establishment 0 stars i would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here or dealing with the employees here.
