Same experience as an earlier reviewer. I called yesterday and left a voicemail. I got a call back from someone who claimed to be the owner. Quoted me $175 for the job and said since I was a new customer he’d throw in a “tuneup” at no additional charge. He even spent about 15 mins talking to me about his services and the job, why gutter mesh covers are a bad investment and said he could come out next day between 4pm & 6pm. The next day I text him just after 3pm to confirm, since I needed to leave work early to meet him. He didn’t respond. I went home and called just after 4pm and left a voicemail. I proceeded to call and text several more times between 4-6pm. NEVER GOT A CALL OR TEXT BACK!!! From the OWNER!?!? For someone who took so much time to sell me the day before, I can’t for the life of me understand this. If you are in need of gutter cleaning STAY FAR AWAY from Gutter Shutter of CT.
I made an appointment with this company, The owner gave me a price and stated he does all the cleaning jobs for the same price along with a tuneup for being a first time customer. I am highly disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment and they failed to show up or even call me back with an excuse to why they did not show up in the window they have provided which was between 9 and 10 AM. I called three times and left two voicemails when they never arrived. I never received a callback. It appears if the owner does not feel he he is going to make enough money off the job they just blow you off. I called this company because it had good reviews on Angie’s list and home advisor I do not recommend them due to their poor customer service and how unprofessional it is to make an appointment and not show up.
