The staff was extremely nice and super helpful. The hotel is quite outdated which is the reason it only got three stars. Five stars for the staff (Mike is awesome)!
Cool spot. Very clean. Friendly staff. No problems 5/5
I recently stayed at the West Hartford Inn for two nights. I ended up booking through Priceline. The cost for the room was better than expected, and i was very happy with the room, the cleanliness, and and the quiet of the place. Mike, the front desk clerk, was awesome. He was witty, very professional, and importantly a huge help with a few things i asked about. I would come back here again for sure. My experience was great, and thank you Mike for your help.
Stop by to rent a room, gentleman that the front desk was very professional I believe his name was Mike he was very courteous and respectful. Currently being remodeled and was lucky enough to get one of the remodeled rooms and the hotel was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Had a very pleasant stay will definitely return. If you want a quiet comfortable stay this is definitely the place to go to, make sure to ask for Mike.
Hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were large and well ventilated. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Greeted by the front desk staff right away and was blown away by the hospitality I received. It felt like I was someone who's been there a hundred times before. Highly recommend this location.
