We stayed in room 217 which has the loudest A/C unit known to man.nWe thought there wasn't a mattress pad on the bed because both nights the fitted sheet didn't stay in place. The morning we left the fitted sheet moved so much that I discovered a mattress pad that was not big enough for the king size bed. It was at least one size too small.nThere was no trash can in the bathroom which is pretty much where you need it most.
This place is great..nStaff is kind and helpful.nThe rooms are clean and well kept, with a cooperate style rooms. Comfortable.nWasher and dryer, pool, outside sitting area. Most of all , the staff are awesome and I truly had a pleasant stay!!!
I never experience a property that does not except cash as method of payment at check out... But the service here definitely LACK a warm welcoming and departure.. No upgrade offered and placed in the wrong room type..
Exceptional hotel chain...Courtyard has and continues to be my preferred choice. Fantastic room. Clean and modern. Excellent service from phone call to check in. Great location. Easy highway access, shopping/dining, on bus line, off set from main road so it's quiet. Only suggestions are to add outlets with USB ports and adjust door to balcony to make it easier. None the less highly recommended and will stay again without hesitatio!
Great location, Austin at the front desk is so hospitable, and will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.
