Great hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. Would be 5 star but they do not provide a coffee maker or mini fridge. When we did request a mini they were great about getting us one but it did not work.
9/16/2020: Bar is closed due to COVID-19. Restaurant has a limited menu to take back to your room. Nice place otherwise.
Seems like it can be great, staff awesome... They haven't figured out some services yet in coming back to operating... No maid service, things missing in rooms, no restaurant or bar service, coffee cold and bad flavor...
Great over all experience. Clean facilities/rooms. The food service people are so nice and accommodating. I have food allergies and our server Angie was so understanding and great. This woman went anove and beyond. She definitely made us all feel welcomed and taken care off. Can't wait to go see her again. Recommend and will be back soon.
Waited 3 hrs for extra blankets, pillows, and ice bucket....never recieved ice bucket. Reserved a fridge weeks ago but when we reached our room....no fridge. Call feont desk an thwy didn't know if I would get one at all during stay. Will never stay at this Mariott again. When paying $200 a night you shouldn't recieve this kind of customer service!!!!!
