The manager was fantastic, she managed to get everyone checked in and repeatedly apologized that our room wasn’t ready at check in. She managed to maintain professional and extremely pleasant during a very hectic time. The room was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. Great job Hilton Extended Stay Farmington. You really worked together to accommodate us and we are very thankful.
Nice room, staff very friendly. Could have had quieter neighbors, 3am music wasn't cool.
Avoid - Health hazard! Not only that the room smelled like deep fry kitchen, but none of the surfaces were cleaned, much less sanitized during Covid-19. Filthy outside of toilet bowl, greasy cabinets, door knobs and surfaces, microwave and dishwasher dirty as well. To top it off, none of the personnel, cleaning nor at the reception wore masks either. Five years ago when I stayed there it was more than decent, now it's just an overpriced dump. Stay at your own risk, I'll steer clear from this place in the future.
