Sure the sales rep on the phone seemed nice enough. Put me a long hold. Which I used as an advantage to do other things. Then she proceeded to sell me some items known as women’s better sweater. Well, they are made of polyester, do not have any pockets or pouches? What is better about that?! Only the overpriced cost, that is what! Another huge rip off for the consumer. And I am not into the drill of returning things, so forget that! Another shopping fiasco! I cannot even get them off me & over my head without an ordeal! Companies just want your money. Period.
First time in the new location. Previously in the Blue Back Square. Great having everything on one floor. Staff super helpful. Good flow despite the new rules. Even have a QR code to scan as winter rolls around; one is not left to freeze on the sidewalk. Smart! Wish everyone did that the first time around.
Best outdoor sports and equipment place around. Been a member of the coop for over 20 years and love all the deals you can get. Great staff and always something fun to see here!

Great service. Love the shoe return policy of up to 12 mos regardless of the reason. Great option if you have a tough fit!
