Bought 3 bikes recently for my family at all different levels. Found sales people to be knowledgeable without putting any pressure on us. Most importantly, I left feeling I trusted their expertise. I also appreciated the follow up when I brought bikes back in for the 90 day tune up that came with the sale.
Such an amazing experience. Truly one of the best bike shops in America. The bike I purchased is amazing and so much faster than my previous bike. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a great investment bike.
Customer service was fantastic. They had good communication: pandemic-appropriate protocols were explained before dropping off my bike for a tune up. The tune-up took an extra day but I'm happy they are busy. The staff are knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions about installing a hitch for our family with five bikes. Happy to support this long-standing local business!
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Central Wheel bike shop on Farmington Ave. Despite being overwhelmingly busy, as most bike shops are these days, they looked at my bike, replaced the chain and fixed a faulty brake on the spot. Excellent, helpful service from start to finish.
Awesome shop! I find the service to be the best, they are real cycling enthusiasts.
