Didn't stay here got drink for a dollar at vending machine. It was frozen solid. Pretty good though. 5 stars
Paid for a jacuzzi room, room was filthy. Full of dead bugs, dirt everywhere , and stunk. Went back to the main office asked for a refund. The lady told me to wait 12 hours before seeing it on my account. Nothing after 12 hours. Call to speak to manager and was told his “Credit Card company “ told him it’ll be refunded in 5-8 business days. Now on the 10th day I get a call from the manager and he said his company said the money was voided. Soooooo either someone STOLE from me or Casper used my card to buy something nice. Very unprofessional business and I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. $150 down the drain. How y’all charging a arm to sleep wit the damn bugs? Lol Do better Enfield inn
We decided to stay here because the location was near our destination. The manager was very pleasant, but the accommodations were EXTREMELY poor even for the low rate for the room. Quality was definitely lacking when it comes to absolutely everything in the room. —Breakfast was a huge miss too. Definitely will never go there again. Ugh!
I would give them 0 stars. I booked a room it had bugs all over the floor so I asked for my money back I waited 5-10 business days for the Manager to call me saying my money was never refunded it was voided so $150 spent on nothing.
This is the only telly I go to. It's clean, quiet, cozy and the family that runs it is absolutely amazing. ud83dudc9e
