We had a great experience with Millstream from start to finish and with each person we spoke to. They were very prompt and helpful in getting us scheduled soon due to a roof leak. The follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the work was also impressive. I felt like compared to the other quotes we got for the work, they were the most affordable as well. I would definitely recommend Millstream!
During our last big storm we needed to have our roof checked and repaired. After calling 4 different companies, my insurance company, and a reference given to me, no one would help, all too busy, and some never even returned phone calls. I found Millstreams number, Dave immediately spoke to me and helped me. Not only did he say he would help they were here the next day. Our problem of over a month was fixed the day after that. The response was amazing, the follow through, the constant communication was so much appreciated. I would recommend anyone use them. If I ever needed someone again they would be my first phone call. The men doing the work went above and beyond as well. So impressed and truly thankful for all the help we received. Amazing, Professional and truly FANTASTIC!!!! Millstream Construction has been great from the very first phone call. They responded very quickly and had someone over for a quote with all the necessary samples and details to look at. They even helped with choosing a color for our roof. The work was done professionally and very fast for our very steep cathedrals and the details were not overlooked.nWe had other repairs that needed to be done in mid stream of the job and Millstream Construction was great at holding off with us to get the other work completed and then returned to finish up the last of the siding that was part of the job.nWe are totally pleased with everything that Millstream Construction has done with our renovations here and ALL the people are a joy to talk with.nThank you for our beautiful new roof and siding. We had a leak on our porch for some time and the roof was 26 years old so it was about time to have it redone. Now it looks great and it was cheaper than we initially expected. The man who gave us a quote also referred us to someone who fixed up our chimney. They were easy to get in contact with and were very friendly. 5 star product at a 5 star cost.nThat being said, The roof was quoted initially at an unbelievably low price which we relied on when we cancelled a quote by another company that was coming later. The following day they said they had used the wrong measurements and increased the price by 40%. The price still beat competitors and was less than we expected but it was a change. Due to storms, they also had to reschedule the installation twice. When all was said and done, they charged us about 10% less than the second price which still confuses me. I still wholly recommend them but I didn't want to give a picture of perfection.
We were very pleased with our new roof installation. The workers were punctual, efficient and very respectful. Job was done as promised in one day and even came back for some follow up cleaning. We would highly recommend Millstream Construction for anyone needing a roof.
