Amazing! From start to finish. The quote was extremely affordable for Harvey Windows. Joel was professional and personable while doing the quote. Chris was the same as well as neat and organized while installing the windows. I will definitely refer them to anyone that ask.
I contacted the company for an estimate on several windows, doors as well as a roof. The estimator arrived at the scheduled time and took notes on what needed to be completed. Over a week went by and I hadn't heard back; at that point I called to request at least the roof portion of the estimate. I was advised that I would receive a call later on that date with the estimated cost of the roof. It has been over two months now and I still have yet to receive even a call back regarding any of the work. Maybe the company is very busy and didn't need the work that badly however at least have the decency to get back to customers. Poor customer service
I am so impressed with this company. I had several windows installed in my bathroom and family room.The work was done in a professional and efficient manner and the price was very reasonable. Everything went smoothly, from the initial call, to the quote, to the actual installation.The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and embodies a great work ethic. Kudos to all!
