Booked back in June. Arrived tonight to be informed they were sheltering homeless and there was no record if my reservation. Also refused to take anyone. No cancelation emails, no call, nothing.nWaiting to see if I get charged. Luckily found a Hilton with availability.

Good bed we got that night.. Personal supplies right there.. Softest and cotton sheets.. It felt so amazing and had the best night with my boo..ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0a. Free breakfast or bed n' breakfast services available too.. So warm inside when it was so deep freezing and heavily snowing at that night. It was feeling nice moment with my boo..
Good breakfast, close to XL Arena and restaurants, and lots of historical sites. Check-in pretty fast and accommodated early arrival time. Carpet definitely needs replacing. Room and bathroom clean. Bathroom well lit. Bedroom could use some overhead lighting. Nice fridge and microwave in room. Bed very comfortable. Room has some smells going on, not bad, just noticeable.
