It was exactly what you paid for... Little ghetto... Freezer was frozen...An average room... Pillows could have been much better... Indifferent customer service... Exactly what you paid for... Comfortable mattress and AC so you'll get a good night's sleep
I booked a room for three nights when I had arrive to the motel it looked gross. I walked into my room and turn the lights on and for what was that on the pillow was a BEDBUG. I did take a pic of it as well. I then walked right out and ask for a refund. I told him what happen and also try to show him the picture. He then waved his hands and said I believe you. So he try to offer me another room upstairs. Is this guy crazy does he not no they love to travel or does he not think I don't know. Its get better I had one on my things when I got back in my car. If this spreads I will be taking legal actions.
So, I have never had an issue till now, I was calling about a reservation that I have for Friday, who ever is working 3rd shift tonight hung up on me not once but 5 times ... 4 with just picking up and hanging up ... Great customer service!! I'm sure management will be proud of you when I speak to them later on today!!
Noo good. Is too duty and my room the ac y dont work in all night.
Stayed here for 4 weeks. Everything was ok until a sunday night they broke the door glass on almost every car in the parking lot.
