CVS

I like the cleanliness of this CVS. It looks very organized. There moneygram machine always seems to work both effectively and efficiently as does the individuals at the cash register. Please keep up the good work!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service at the CVS on Windsor ave in Windsor CT. The last 15 years I've had the same insurance and never had any issues with the CVS in Hartford on maple Avenue. I made the biggest mistake of transferring to Windsor ave in Windsor. The CVS in Windsor lack the basic knowledge of looking up my insurance information,after being on the phone with them I was informed to come down in person which I did and the unprofessional young lady was zero help. I had no choice but to return to my maple Avenue CVS. And within 3 minutes of being on the phone all my issues were resolved.n#mapleaveinhartfordisthebeatcvsever

The pharmacy is not timely. They send out notifications that prescriptions are ready for pick up and then ask me to come back tomorrow or later every time I go for a pick up.

I was sitting in line at 5:45 PM there was four cars ahead of me when I got to the window the gentleman told me I would not be able to get my medication because it was 6 o’clock and he was informed from The head pharmacist not to take any more customers I told him I had been sitting in line for 15 minutes and I need my medication because I had no more he told me that it was nothing that he can do. I feel that that was not a fear move being that I sat for 15 minutes waiting to get my medication also being that I am on a serious dosage of medication which can affect my health without taking it. This is a poor system that they are running over there I hope they do something about it so this does not happen to anyone else.

Great service no matter where i am. I continue to travel to this CVS while in CT. And away in other States i only use CVS Pharmacy service's. Great customer service, friendly and understanding.
