Visiting from out of town and dropped in for a few bike supplies. Staff who assisted was great, got what was needed and helped to put onto the bicycle. Very friendly on a cool drizzly day. I plan to check out the shop or next time I’m in town!
I would like to give a shout out to Big Sky Cycling. My Bike was pretty much un-repairable. I loved my old bike but that TREK model was discontinued The staff helped me to find a very similar bike that I could receive in a short period of time. I am happy with the results. Thanks!
Super easy shop to work with. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Once walked a bike in there after work when one of the tube valves split, fixed me up right away and I was able to ride home. Saved the day!
Stopped in after being turned away from a different bike shop looking for a replacement chain for my bike. Everyone was busy but the one gentleman told me he would help me find what I was looking for after helping a young lady load a bike into her car. I told him I needed to replace the chain on my bike and after a short conversation on type of bike and the gearing he was able to point me directly to what I needed. He even made sure I had the appropriate tools, which I did. After being so helpful I decided to take his advice and replace my grips as well since the had become fairly sticky. I will likely continue to come back for all my bicycle needs.
I purchased Zandstra ice skates. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great shopping experience. Thanks Big Sky Cycling!
