Jeff was so good to work with and is super friendly. He showed me several bikes and let me test ride them around the parking lot. He answered all my questions and helped me pick a bike that best fit what I was looking for. I just took my mountain bike out for a 5 mile ride today and it was great! Super happy with my bike and would definitely buy from Queen City Wheel House again! Thanks again Jeff!

I needed some new pedals, tires and tubes for an old Spaulding mountain bike. These guys sorted me out with basically brand new tires and tubes and even swapped out a nice set of lightly used pedals for me. Really good experience, I’ll be back!

A superb little volunteer-run bike shop where you can get a good deal on a used bike! The friendly volunteers staff will guide you if you want to work on your own bike while there on their site. They will charge a very reasonable fee if you want them to work on your bike. Their hours vary during the summer.

Great place if you are looking for a nice bike that's not overpriced and a good selection. My husband and I were looking for some bikes to ride around the neighborhood. Jeff was great to talk with and does an amazing job rebuilding old bikes. It was a little hard to find the shop since its tucked into the parking lot.

I’m a volunteer at QCW. The organization is controlled by one person who has no interest in shared decision making. This means your labor is valuable but your ideas and input are not. Since any organization is only as good as it’s members this approach tends to limit long term interest. Most volunteers drift away once they see the lack of teamwork. Certainly what is needed is more fresh ideas, possibly an oversight group of local businesses or bike shop advisors to act as a counterweight to the current controller.
