Our experience started off good. After receiving our check and installing the roof, things fell off. A few things were damaged when the roofers were throwing stuff down. Some stuff was taking care of, others were not. They wrote on the estimate to replace the gutters. The roofers bent our current ones. No big deal but it’s been months and our gutters have still not been replaced. They told us the gutter company was backed up so we waited patiently. They didn’t refer anyone to help us. The original contractor will not return calls and the Corporate customer service was very poor in helping us any further. Very poor costumer service and Loyalty.
Bobby was the one who first alerted us to hail damage and worked quickly with our insurance co and mortgage co to facilitate payment. He answered many questions promptly and accurately. Delivery and roof work were done when Bobby said they’d be done. The roof gutters and downspouts have weathered downpours with no leaks. We highly recommend him Tierra and their team !
Bobby and his crew did an amazing job. He did a great job coordinating with our insurance company. His crew showed up with they said they would and the roof, new gutters and paint job is fantastic. Highly recommend them.

RRSA worked with us to arrange the insurance appraisal; helped through the approval process; and accomplished the work through their sub-contractors very quickly. Their project manager, Zach, communicated very effectively to let us know what was going on and he always followed through on his commitments.
