We where put on the 2nd floor. When their were plenty of vacancies on the 1st floor. No microwave and it took over 5 hrs to heat the room.
Stayed the day due to power outage at home. The staff was so nice and found a room right by the pool for the kids. Room was clean and cool. The kids swam, charged their devices, and cooled off watching cable tv. It was a great retreat from 3 days without power.
Horrible experience. ALL THE ROOMS HAVE PROBLEMS. Toilet leaking, Ac dont work, bed bugs, Poor lack of cleaning, stinks, horrible managements. The man at the counter is very rude and his wife too. They DO NOT CLEAN AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE!!!
The gentleman on duty at the check-in desk was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He treated me utmost care; he was immensely helpful in sorting out a few glitches. At check-out the lady was equally polite, and customer-oriented. Great people who help make the stay worthwhile.
Inexpensive, under construction. Had to request a new room when the door would not lock and broken concrete was all over the inside of the room. Mystery charge appeared on my card from the hotel the next day for an unknown reason, which was disputed and credited back to me. All I did was sleep there for 6 hours!!! Avoid this hotel at all costs!
