We flew in from Orlando, Fl for a funeral and booked a room here last minute. I was so impressed with their customer service and hospitality, I booked a second night. The room was clean, beds were comfy and staff were always available and willing to help. Their shuttle bus service is awesome. I can't say enough good things.
Well maintained with up-to-date facilities. Clean and comfortable. The team is very friendly and professional, when at 3 o'clock in the morning! The location is slightly awkward from the highway but otherwise it's well worth the stay. Recommended.
Very nice hotel, very accommodating. Nice staff. Enjoyed my stay there for 6 weeks due to work.
When I checked in the lady that checked my group in was very friendly and pleasant to talk to but during checkout the following morning the guy at the desk was extremely rude. No thank you or even an acknowledgement that I was even standing in front of him or trying to ask him a question. The hotel was nice but 3 stars for the rude employee in the morning.
We decided to stay at this hotel for our anniversary weekend celebration this year. Everything was going well until the power went out yesterday evening for a few hours. With no way to charge our devices, shower safely due to a lack of working lights, or use the internet without wasting our data I decided to leave for an early dinner with my husband. We weren't offered compensation for the few hours of darkness. A major disappointment, since I thought this hotel would at least have its own generator in case of a power outage.nnI'll be staying at another hotel next time I visit Connecticut.
