I checked in with a lady. I pad for 3 rooms. I brought my things upstairs. I came back downstairs and spoke with a gentleman. He told me that I could add a long term parking feature to my stay. I decided to leave my car at the hotel for 1 week. I could have parked across the street for $8 per day but the Sheraton long term parking was comparable.nnWhen I returned I was told over the intercom in the parking garage by a lady that I was lying and that I never spoke with the gentleman. I was charged $45 per day for 1 week on top of being called a liar.
I ordered a burger the first time it was well well well done so I sent it back cuz they asked me what temp and I asked for medium. The second Burger was completely raw. Like raw raw not just in the middle raw. I got a third burger but I just couldn't even eat it at this point. The rooms have no fridges no microwaves and no blankets on the bed. I think you even get a fridge at a motel 6 so I would suggest you to stay somewhere else so you can get food
This is a great location. Hotel is in great shape after what seems like a recent remodel. Staff and service was great. This Sheraton is well ahead of the average domestic Sheraton property.
Great Sheraton attached to the airport. I suggest springing for an airport view room on the 8th floor so can see the view the sad empty airport gates thanks to Covid. Club level room was awesome, super clean, and toiletry items were supplied in a ziplock baggie which was a nice touch. The gym is also open.
Room was nice and clean. Problem was the speakers in tv were no good lots of distortion couldn't watch tv. We had our flight diverted due to weather and united airlines put us up at hotel it was very late at night and we needed to get up early for the new flight so I wasn't that concerned about the TV. I informed the front desk when I left about the TV. Other than that a nice quiet clean hotel. Would recommend
