Meet with Eric and set up a no obligation inspection. Eric was very friendly. Adam (sales) came a few days later with an amazing presentation. We looked at doing all work we wanted at the time. Price for all was more then we wanted to spend at this time so we talked about more of the needs. We settled on new gutters, fascia and one of our sliders.. We do plan on doing more of the other items in the near future. Then the crews showed up and completed with top notch professionalism. You won’t find better quality and consistency to Powers level.. I realize prices are a little higher but well worth it..
Great work overall! I purchased a home last year and it had worn out doors. The sliding glass door was a massive problem since we moved in. I contacted Power for an estimate and it was actually only $50 more than my contractor (including purchasing one from Home Depot). The price difference was nothing considering the lifetime warranty on all the parts. Plus they haul away the old door, leaving us with nothing to clean or need to rent a dumpster. When you think you're saving elsewhere, you're really not.nnOne more thing I really want to share - after the crew installed the door and cleaned up everything, I received a call to have a quality inspection manager come by to spot check and verify the door was installed properly. Not only did we feel a massive difference in the house after installation (heat wise) but we have a key piece of the house covered for a lifetime. This is a company that spot checks with different people to verify nothing is missed and will repair/fix if any issues arise. Nothing is taken lightly. I'm pleased with the work and am already signing for more to be done on this house! I strongly recommend this group for home updates/installations.
We had Power Home come in to redo our roof and sidings. The initial estimate was very thorough and informative and our questions were all answered before we could even ask them. Also, we were surprised that they would do the work with zero downpayment.nnInstallation was quick and they stood by their promise of 1 day installs for the roof, sidings, and gutters.nnIt's difficult to get things perfect for such a difficult project. And so, their Quality Assurance manager came in to document things that could be perfected and promised us that they won't get payment until we're 100% satisfied with the job.nnEDITED 10/17:nnThey scheduled two appointments to fix the errors from the initial installation. One on Oct 12 and one on 17. Guess what, nobody showed up. We tried calling the project manager who has been emailing us but no answer. We tried calling their 1-800 customer service but it says it's close. A recorded message say they're open until 5pm on Saturdays, but as of this writing it's 4:44pm!
First experience using Power Home Remodeling was back in 2013. They installed my siding and front entry door. From the sales rep to installers every one was professional and polite. Kept me updated and inform on everything step by step. Wonderful experience that in 2020 i called them for another door. Once again professional and courteous prompt and awesome. Siding and doors look amazing.
We used power in 2014 for roof and it was finished in 3 days. Crew was great and clean up was excellent. We just finished the. Balance of the job which was gutters and trim. We also used them our doors. Would recommend
