A big thank you to Dan and his team at White Home Products! They did an amazing job with my new window replacement for my condo. Dan took the time from start to finish to explain the different types of windows and products and very specific details on the installation and what it would entail. This was very important to me as I had a disastrous experience with another company years ago. The work work was done quickly, but more important, accurately. Roof repair after chimney was taken down. Am dealing with other contractors for other services, and professionalism of this crew was excellent in all areas marked above. No drama, they just communicated, fitted me in, kept me informed about an issue, finished the job and cleaned up fully. It sounds simple, but few firms actually do it. WHP, thank you.

How can you get excited about a new roof? Well here’s the answer. This messy, labor intensive job , takes over your outdoors ,for the better part of a week. In our case, our company, John White Home Products in Stratford made it relatively pain free. John Sr. Dedicates himself to each job, as if it were his own home. His crew is meticulous, hard working and cleans up. After their work every day, the crew picked up and restored the property to the way it was.nThe finished product looked like we were the home to be photographed for Architectural Digest.nCan’t say enough good things about John White Home Products and I would recommend them without any hesitation.
I rate my entire experience with White Home Products as 5 Stars from start to finish.nJohn (Owner) was quick to respond to my initial inquiry for three patio doors and was out the next day to measure , explain the Harvey line of patio doors, left me a brochure and I received the quote within a day or so. This was so much more responsive than several others I had contacted and then waited weeks for just an initial visit. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about not only the product , but also all aspects of the installation.nJohn kept me advised of the order and manufacturing status of the order, and scheduled the installation within days of the doors arriving at the shop.nThe gentlemen doing the installation were knowledgeable, efficient, neat and did a great job.nJohn stopped by both days during the installation at least once, to check and make sure things were going well.nI could not be any happier with my new Harvey patio doors or the installation job and overall experience with White Home Products.nThe doors look great!
