I drive trucks so when i come into town I want a nice comfortable place to relax & rejuvenate. This hotel is AWESOME! So very nice & CLEAN! Everyone is so nice, helpful & welcoming. They really made me & my granddaughters feel right at home. I think this is going to me my hotel of choice from now on.
Sadly I knew this was going to happen. My fabulous stays at this hotel came to a sorry ending. I booked 3 nights at this hotel Aug. 19-22, 2020. Everything seemed OK until I got to the room. The room had windows you CANNOT see out of. Every window was frosted over with some kind of film. This stay ended up being our family's vacation (it was really supposed to be Disney this year ud83dude12) and we get a room we cannot even look out the window. Additionally, the ventilation system had some kind of dirt/dust laying on it. I immediately requested another similar room (1BR suite). They repeatedly said that their was none available at that time. I requested a discount for the dirty ventilation system and darkened windows. They said they only give points.The breakfast (which is normally really good) was school breakfast food - yogurt (not gourmet), an apple, a muffin, trail mix, a hard boiled egg. Very disappointing visit. For any visitors booking a 1 BR suite, please make sure not to get that room. I found it disturbing not to see out the window.
This was a really comfortable place to spend a week. The beds seemed larger than king sized and the kitchenette with full-sized fridge was handy. The pool was clean and usually empty. It's clear that they love dogs here - the front desk folks, especially Maribel, showered our husky with treats and attention.
Stopped in for just one night. It was pricy but, that was ok. Room was very clean and very nice. Bed was too soft!!!!! Didnt want to get out!!!! However because of COVID, breakfast was too cheap. Just cereal, muffins and coffee. But overall was great hotel
Place is very upscale and the staff were super professional and friendly. Place was spotless and very welcoming. Huge pet walking area in the back and they provide poop bags. Nice pool and work our room. Room came with a small kitchen and a full size fridge. The king size bed was perfect... best sleep in a long time.
