Service was bad rude front desk workers
Got off the road for a break , so although this was handy I come across the pillowcase with a cigarette burn on it turned upside down. The bedding has seen better days and the house keepers know they are using shoddy linen who knows what else they are hiding.
The best motel in the surroundings. Getting room keys is really fast and very friendly employees in the front desk.
Horrible. Lady in charge said she was in charge after giving me the worst customer service ever. Pull up the cameras. She gave me mad attitude since I arrived told me she couldn’t help me when I applied online and made a reservation 39 mins before I arrived. Gave me the worst attitude. I will never come back to a red inn again. I never experienced such bad customer service ever
It's the worst hotel ever!!ud83eudd22 And i got offended because THE TV CONTROLLER DIDN'T HAVE THE CAP what the hell ud83eudd26. THEIR BLANKETS SMELLED DISGUSTING . I DON'T THINK THEY EVER CLEAN WELL . The most important thing is that the said that the room everything is clean but is not , they tell you that is clean and disanetize cuz of the coronavirs but is not .
