Yuriy and RIGI installed a beautiful new roof for my home in 2014. I'm writing today because of Yuriy's incredible customer service this week: I needed him to help resolve a screw-up by the town building dept. A permit was never closed (no fault of Yuriy's) and I had settlement on the house in 4 days. Yuriy worked quickly to gather information and evidence of a professional, to-code installation, and convinced the building department to close the permit. Wow. Seven years later, I felt like I was Yuriy's most important customer this week. And it was all just to help resolve an issue he did not cause. That is great customer service!! Thank you, Yuriy.
