Nice hotel but there were 2 bug in my room. Hallways need to be cleaned. Also, the pool, fitness center, and food service area are closed (which I understand due COVID).nThey have a fridge in the lobby for food but does not seem stocked often.
Loved staying here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the front lobby is beautifully decorated. Will definitely make it a point to stay here again! Worth the money.
Hotel is Comfortable, clean and have all what guest need. Pool and small fitness place located in first floor. Hall is good for meet with friends and for business meetings. Starbucks is opposite hotel for get a coffee. There is few Plaza with cafe.
Hotel was nice. Needed ice front desk person said no ice due to COVID per corporate rules. I've stayed at numerous hotels recently some were Hilton's that provided ice. That decision is ridiculous. Actually checked out today because we like ice and had to purchase some that melted in the sink.
Had a nice stay, only one night. Everything was clean and smelled fine. I accidentally left $155 for a cleaning tip instead of $4. I used the Hilton Honors app to message the hotel and got a call right back. They went and retrieved the money and held it for me until I could get back. I was so impressed with this excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend staying here for that alone!
