After writing an email to bring awareness to how the facility is lacking I received a call from the most condescending general manager ever. He called to make me aware that basically my complaints were out of their hands but to let him know if there was anything he could do for otherwise. I almost checked out at that moment.nWe had to wait three hours after check in to receive utensils .. Absolutely no WiFi connection or available network to even access it. Gigantic hole in the screen of the room we’re staying in lots of mask less patrons and employees. I was told if they aren’t wearing a mask it’s because they most likely have a medical exemption. I’m pretty doubtful that that is the case. If it is then stay away because they have a hotel full of mask exemption. Will not be recommending this place or staying here again.

Front desk will always willing to help, fast check in, very friendly and polite. Alexander and Cecil will treat you like family. We had a great deal on a suite. Very good deal! The room is very large and has everything we needed.nnThank you!!!
Front desk personnel were very helpful. Donita and Alexander provided me with things for the room which I needed. I was able to receive packages and the manager printed things which I needed. I was satisfied overall with the level of service.
The girl at the desk on 08/28/2020 was so helpful. Her customer service was excellent! She is really a valuable asset for ESH.
