Very rude owner. I came in because I was interested in a road shoe. I was searching for a good deal being the weekend after Thanksgiving. No discounts what so ever. I was looking for spd cleats and didn't want to spend extra money or worry about quality reliability issues with using a delta / spd adapter. Found a Bontrager expresso with SPD cleats for $143 all in after shipping and Thanksgiving discount. I was accused of just shopping for sizes but I already new my size and I was ready to make a deal! I didn't appreciate the way I spoken to and will not recommend this bike shop. Rude service. Let people browse and view products freely. This is the joy of shopping. You shouldn't scold people for doing that. It's normal behavior. Maybe offer some discounts.

My family and I are new to biking. They refurbished two bikes for us, gave safety advice and fitted a bike rack to our car. Superb customer service from the owner Lou. Very highly recommended, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

The service here is so good and they fix your bike up in a blink of an eye! Great place to fix your bike, get parts, or buy a new bike!!!!

Terrible service. I should have known when my cyclist husband (Triple Bypass, Grand Fondo, Bike to the Beach, Death Ride) said they were overpriced and lousy. I called ahead to see if they could fit my child’s bike with training wheels which had disappeared. After dressing me down about how worthless my bike was without them and how Specialized doesn’t sell training wheels separately - “why would they?”, he asked, “they are in the business of selling bikes.” We googled and found them available for $20 through Specialized. All the while my four year old is having an epic tantrum in the car. I went back to thank him for his condescension and explain we can easily get them. Instead of apologizing - he went on to further explain that he can’t get them as a distributor. Whatever. Irritating. Poor info. Unhelpful. Won’t ever ever go again. Love love love Wilton Outdoor Sports.
