Our 5 night stay has been truly impressive. It has honestly felt like a home from home. The reception team are all friendly and efficient. We have been greeted every morning by name, and welcomed back every return. We have also been working from the room, and have received prompt printing or scanning assistance. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Covid precautions are also really reassuring. We will return!
This hotel came as a big surprise to us. We were heading for northern Connecticut yet decided to take a break when we reached Greenwich. We know the specific area where the hotel is located and decided to try lunch at the restaurant. Hours later we reserved a room. One can tell that they are really taking care of the hotel, the staff was responsive and attentive and the customer was listened to it and when a problem arose. The evenings at the hotel were very relaxing and serene. The little harbor was unbelievably cute. Spending the evening at the restaurant was very calming. We will be back soon.
Upscale and Professional
Outstanding across the board. Stay here. Staff is super on point (anticipating your needs) from the dock to the front desk and overall staff. Very kind, helpful, & organized. This is a well run; beautifully appointed place operates by wonderful people. Food is terrific. WiFi is good, Docks are new; easily accessible and secure (dock staff is outstanding!) town is a close walk; and packed with top quality Restaurants. A+ in every category here. Great job Delamar.
