Few days ago I went to the store, they were about to close, I was very welcomed by Diogenes. Great service always! I highly recommend!
Recently purchased a bike as a gift. Dio and Matt were very accommodating and made the purchase a pleasant experience. The shop is roomy and parking convenient. Highly recommend.
We had an all around excellent experience buying a new Trek for my daughter. We visited a few times to talk to the bike salesman, Liam in the Rye Brook store, and to get an understanding of the different kinds of bikes for my daughter's age group. Liam was extremely patient and took the time with us to explain the product line up of the 2021 models, helped with sizing and eventually ordering. I wish every experience with a bike shop could be so smooth. Other shops could take a lesson from Danny's in Rye Brook! Nothing beats the knowledge that I can go to a local shop like Danny's with questions or repairs, etc. - and you have customers for life. Incidentally, the bike mechanics at this store are the best around. A bike shop is nothing without experienced mechanics - and you guys bring it! Keep it going, please! Best,Matt Martin
Great shop with a good selection at good prices. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. With multiple locations if they don’t have an item at one location they can get from another location.
The staff in the shop are all about customer satisfaction. They are friendly, helpful and i have found that they consistently do a good job. I have purchased several bikes from Danny’s over the years and have brought them all in for service during that time. I highly recommend to friends and family.
