I was very pleased with my first experience with Dave's Cycle. Chris and the entire staff there were extremely kind and helpful in determining some of the issues on my Fuji road bike. I had a lot of chain noise and hard shifting problems which just got worse and worse within the last year. I believed my bike was just in need of a tune-up. Once they inspected it, however, they also found that my rear derailleur had damage to it and was slightly bent with both pulleys having excessive wear. This explained the hard shifting and chain issues. They also found that my rear wheel was well out of alignment. After they completed the work, the bike feels brand new. No more resistance like before. Their prices are great and I will absolutely be coming back. Great selection of accessories there as well. Thank you again!

I brought my Cervélo in for a tuning on a Sunday at 8:00AM – Glenn was very accommodating. He’s super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He and Drew are hilarious – I’m definitely going back to Glenn in the future – and it was very affordable!

Had a horrible experience today. You should know I purchased Several bikes over the years ranging in price from $600-$1700 from Dave’s. I brought my nephew over to have his tire fixed we left a tire I paid for it and was told to come back this afternoon. I called before we came to the shop and I was told to come over and I could pick the tire up. We waited approximately 20 minutes for a tire that I had already paid for and was told to come over and pick it up. My nephew went to the door and waited and waited and waited I finally got out of the car and I said to the man who I believe was the owner or the owners brother can I have the tire we’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes. I was lectured Me as to I didn’t know what was going on with Covid. I don’t need to be talked in a condescending way by anybody let alone a bicycle mechanic. He lost my business and if you think I will ever speak in a recommended way about your business you’re crazy. Stay away from these people and Dave’sBicycle shop. Oh I was told by my nephew that when I turned my back he gave me the finger. Really.

I think they're good at what they do but as many of the negative reviews have noted, they're not friendly and possibly rude. Hence a solid 1 star removed.

Local shop that has always taken care of me. I never leave feeling overcharged for parts or service. Glen has helped me with quite a few updates to my road bike (gears, crank, stem) and I'm enjoying my riding this summer more as a result. Threw in a free skewer last time I was there.
