My sales person was Kyle. He was very helpful and courteous over the phone and in person. He was very accommodating when I met him at the bike shop. I was impressed. I find it very insulating when you go to a place of business to spend your hard earned cash and all you get is attitude from employees. This was not that, Kyle was AWESOME! That to me made the sale. I dropped quite a bit of money. While I was waiting outside I saw other employees being super helpful to other customers. I also witnessed an act of kindness from one of the employees to somebody that looked like they could use some help. I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to go back there. I Went from the Bronx, NY To Greenwich Bicycles in CT. Totally worth it. Keep up the good work.

I cannot stress how much this bike shop has helped me! Really one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a bike shop! I ordered a new road bike and the people there have helped me in every which way possible! The guy there was even kind enough to help me practice in the parking lot next door. He really helped me take my first steps into the world of road biking!

Very helpful and patient with all of the questions I asked. I was able to order the bike I wanted over the phone. When we picked it up they reviewed a few items with my daughter so she knew how to properly use the bike. Very nice experience.
