The room was clean. However, don’t expect much for the price. The room is small. Ironically they call the rooms luxury, but the room didn’t even have a fridge. When I requested one they said they didn’t have any left for us. I told the manager that I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated and she replied by saying I needed to request it beforehand. However, when I booked there was nothing that said that. When I called to ask for extra pillows there was no one here to assist with that. I find that very concerning as that means no one is on premises in case of an emergency. I understand they currently can’t have a buffet breakfast due to covid, but most hotels offer a bagged breakfast. Hi Ho offered nothing. Also, they take masks lightly as the manager wasn’t properly wearing her mask right in front of us. The self check in is nice with covid, but don’t expect a lot from this hotel.

Hotel is a cute refurbished motel. I was expecting a little more for a “boutique hotel”. Rooms are small, we stayed in an executive king. Very basic, not sure what made it a boutique hotel. The throw pillows are a cute addition, and the Nespresso coffee maker was ok, but only provided one regular and one decaf capsule. So, if you both needed regular coffee, someone was out of luck. Their “luxurious bath amenities” where not so luxurious, also adding body lotion would have been great. The heating unit was incredibly loud and when not on would blow cold air randomly. The room could use more light.nThe staff were friendly and helpful, I called to request a room with a fridge and was accommodated without issue. The cleaning staff were wonderful, they provided us with clean towels every day as we requested.nThe location was convenient, the liquor store and the restaurant on site where a great plus.nFor the rate we paid it was a clean and comfortable stay. Not at all any different than staying at any other chain hotel. Would we stay again, sure, but if we were looking for something different and maybe a cute romantic getaway this would not be my choice.

This is a great hotel! The room is very clean, the property is well maintained, the bed is quite comfortable. This is my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Rooms small- a deluxe queen is smaller than the average hotel room. Due to Covid they are not serving comp breakfast- understandable but there is no access to vending machines or office store Because no one is here. My room had no coffee k kups and when I called the first question was there was yesterday correct? Well no why i only get 1 regardless of length of stay and no one here to get me anynI think they should allude to that in their website. I will not stay here again
