Have stayed at this property 7-8x over the years and everything about it is easy & convenient. Close to I-95 as well as the Metro North Train, ideal spot for travelers like myself. The hot breakfast is unfortunately suspended due to COVID but the cookies are still hot & delicious!
The staff here never fail me on my high expectations. The rooms were also very cleaned and organized. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful service.
Affordable, clean, spacious,nI got there very very late and the lady that took care of me was very helpful and attentive,nI asked for a later check-out and she try to make it possible in order for me to have a little more hrs to sleep.nAt the time to check-out (next day) different lady, in front of me was this couple of 3rd age asking for their room that they hold on-line and they were desperate cause they just wanted to change clothes cause they were heading to a funeral, they explain all this to the lady at the front desk and she was so SARCASTIC with them that she told them, IS NOTHING I'LL COULD DO ALL THE ROOMS ARE CLEANING I HAVE NO ROOMS AND IS NOT MY PROBLEM,nso knowing myself I just told her to check me out and leave, but I bet anything that non of those people siblings will support this franchise, all because that rude customer service.
Good service, great location, clean and comfortable rooms. he hotel staff were helpful and courteous, and more than willing to go out of their way to assist guests. Highly recommended.
Excellent place to spend the night. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Check in was quick and we slept very well. 5 Stars
